I started Dealer Web Concepts because I was confident I could do an outstanding job marketing auto dealer websites online. Many auto buyers research vehicles on the internet before making a decision on what vehicle to purchase, and what dealership they’ll purchase it from.
When first starting out, I had the choice of building a large business, or building long term relationships with a handful of dealers. In order to provide the best service possible I chose to limit the amount of clients with whom I work. To do a truly remarkable job one must spend an enormous amount of time on each customer. To make a living servicing so few, admittedly my services don’t come cheap.
An example comes to mind:
At one time I had more than one Ford Dealership as a customer. I found that servicing more than one client selling the same type of inventory is counter productive. I had a decision to make: which Ford dealership would I keep?
The answer was simple: Corning Ford / Mercury
Why Corning Ford?
I’ve lived in Northern California for many years. In that time, I’ve purchased vehicles from several dealers. Out of all the Ford dealerships in this area, Corning Ford provides the best service, nicest staff, and largest selection of inventory. I decided that if I was going to limit myself to one dealer (or chain of dealers with the same owner) in each category there was no better choice than Benny Brown’s Corning Ford.
I also service Budget Auto Center and Redding Kia, both from Redding, California. I’ve become friends with the owners of both of these dealerships. They’re good people.
My client list extends into Susanville and Oroville. Oroville Ford and Susanville Auto Center are both clients, and happen to be owned by the same man who owns Corning Ford (who also acquired Corning Chevrolet in 2009). Besides an extensive selection of used autos, Susanville Auto Center offers new Ford, Dodge, Chevrolet, Chrysler and Jeep lines.
